Privacy notice

How QuickManager handles personal information, in plain English.

Enquiries from our website

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, work email, practice name, team size and, if you give them, your phone number and message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss setting up QuickManager for your practice. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your enquiry.

We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request.

Practices using QuickManager

Each accountancy practice controls the information it stores about its own clients and staff. QuickManager processes that information on the practice's behalf, under its instructions, and keeps each practice's data separate from every other practice's data.

Sensitive details such as National Insurance numbers and client passwords are encrypted. Only a practice's admins can reveal them, and every reveal is recorded.

Where data is stored

QuickManager uses Supabase for its database, sign-in and file storage, with data held in Ireland (EU), which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection. Vercel hosts the website, and Resend sends our emails (sign-in links, invitations and the reminders practices send to their clients). Connections are encrypted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and object to how it's used. If you're a client of a practice that uses QuickManager, please contact that practice first, as they control your information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
