Terms of service
The agreement between QuickManager and the accountancy practices that use it.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to any accountancy practice (“you”) that subscribes to QuickManager, and to the people your practice invites to use it. By using QuickManager you agree to them on your practice's behalf. QuickManager is a business service: it isn't offered to consumers.
Your account
We set up your practice and its first admin. Your admins can invite staff, up to the number your plan allows. You're responsible for who you invite, for keeping passwords private, and for removing people who leave your practice.
Plans and payment
Prices are shown on our home page, per practice, excluding VAT. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance; annual plans are billed yearly in advance. You can cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Your data
Your practice owns the information it puts into QuickManager. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. When you leave, you can ask us for a copy of your data, and we'll delete it within 30 days of your account closing.
Acceptable use
Use QuickManager only for running your practice and in line with the law, including UK GDPR. Don't try to access other practices' data, interfere with the service, or use reminder emails to send marketing or messages to people who aren't your clients.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep QuickManager available at all times, but there may be occasional maintenance or interruptions. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important to you, we'll tell you in advance.
Liability
QuickManager helps you manage your work, but you remain responsible for your professional advice and for meeting deadlines such as VAT returns: please check dates shown in the app against HMRC's records. Our total liability to you in any year is limited to the fees you paid in that year. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid, after giving notice where we reasonably can.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
