Pricing questions, answered.
Who sets up our practice?
We do. After a short call we create your practice and invite your first admin by email. They choose a password, add clients and invite the rest of the team. Most practices are working in QuickManager the same day.
Is pricing really per practice rather than per user?
Yes. Each plan includes a number of users (2, 10 or 25) for one flat monthly price. If you grow past your plan, you move up a plan rather than paying for each extra seat.
Can we cancel?
At any time. Your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and we'll give you a copy of your data on request.
Is there a set-up fee or a minimum term?
No set-up fee. Monthly plans have no minimum term. Annual plans are paid yearly in advance and work out at two months free.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with a login to your practice, including admins. Clients don't log in, so they never count.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at the standard rate on invoices, which most practices reclaim.
